I am a teacher on a school creating new ways of learning. I believe the best way for children to learn is by making experiences. We found a project named "project herausforderung" ( challenge), where 14 years old kids get 150$ to challenge for 17 days and nights outside their hometown. A student accompanied them only for emergency situations. They can experience to act in real situation to work as a team and to endure when it us difficult. You have to see when they come back... I will support teachers, students and parents to have the courage to trust children and to start such projects.
