Mintal* - A word describing a place or event that was both mental and mint (Geordie slang for great). Example - 'that party last night was mintal!!!' - *Source - Urban Dictionary. Mintally Speaking is a terribly named podcast hosted by Chris Hart that discusses Mental Health, it is not slick, nor professional, we may even swear. But we do take the topic seriously and want to do our bit to eradicate the stigma around Mental Health. Each episode I invite a new Co-Host on and we interview each other and discuss Mental Health, while not taking ourselves too seriously.
