Access - The Foundation for Social Investment exists to make charities and social enterprises in England more financially resilient and self-reliant so that they can sustain or increase their impact over time. Formed in 2015 with a finite 10 year lifespan the organisation is now 5 years old. So, to mark their 5th anniversary, Access has commissioned a new series of podcasts named Five lessons from Five years. The series explores the 5 key lessons Access have learnt since their formation and specifically is focussed on the following: 1.Financial resilience2.Blended finance 3.Programme design4.Total impact 5.Creating a lasting legacy for social impact Each podcast features expert guests from the finance, public and not for profit sectors and together the explore these five lessons in detail. By sharing their discussions via the podcast, Access hopes to help share insights and guidance not only benefit the sector, but to society as a whole.
