In 2024 we're going to be going to monthly themes and I would also encourage you to check out our new podcast coaching youth today for tomorrow. Coaching conversations will continue to have monthly themes with four episodes per month and we're going to start to sprinkle in master classes which are going to be lengthier workshop style formats. We were going to use the subscription feature now we're just simply asking for donations and as bad as that can come off I just want to know that there's a value out there and what we're seeking from people is $3 per month and we will continue to do monthly workshops along with their monthly themes.
