Over the past year, I’ve done some soul searching and realized that I want to maximize my life to do that I need to focus on three specific areas. If I’m at my best in these three areas that will allow me to be the best version of myself, allowing me to be the best husband and dad I can be. This is why I established my three-pillar approach for our best life. Those three pillars are Mental fitness, Physical fitness, and Financial fitness. Through my own pursuit of these.
