Audio Hugs A series of short audio guides for when there isn’t a hugger around. These 5-10 minute audio guides could be done as a break from work or when feeling restless. They should be listened to at home using headphones. They encourage listeners to move through spaces and engage with their surroundings, with an aim to find the physical grounding of a hug. When participating, listeners take full responsibility for their well being and safety. If at any point they need more time, they should pause the audio and resume when ready.
