Let's grab a coffee and talk all things running and running adjacent! I love running and trying to stay fit. Let's be real, it's a struggle to fit it all in. I'm not a professional athlete and some days it's hard to fit in work, running, cross-training, strength training on top of all our other responsibilities. I often train on the road but have moved to mostly trail races. I ran virtual Boston in the fall of 2021 and it was my first ever marathon! I was training for my first ultra but it wasn't feasible so I dropped it. Life happens, and it's ok to change plans and goals. That's kinda the whole idea behind Runs on Espresso. We plan, we train, we adjust, and change as needed.
