Asana Etc is an online yoga community with videos, blogs and now also it’s very own podcast hosted by Alex Rodoni & Lisa-Marie Wakenshaw. We chat about everything under the sun, our families, our community and our hopes and dreams and of course, yoga. And just as all our projects, studios built, classes taught, workshops planned and parties thrown, this venture into the online yoga world starts humbly as well.
