Welcome! In this first series of Fine Art Of Coaching dedicated to leadership, where we talk to leaders from across the globe about the 'Elephants In The Room' when it comes to leadership. Together we explore the issues and concerns that leaders go through – in their everyday lives and in their environment - and never get a chance to share. We often find ourselves venturing into territories they find hard to talk about.
